Manual: The right kind of taping technique is important when taping. The skin to be taped must be dry and fat-free. The tape stays on the skin for about 3-7 days at a time, depending on the purpose of use. You can take a shower with the tape. After showering, pat the tape dry with a towel.

NOTE! Do not use the tape on broken skin or an area that has been treated with cold gel, heat or medicated cream, they may react with the adhesive of the tape and irritate the skin. If the skin is particularly sensitive, test the use of the tape for a day on a small area. If the tape causes itching or skin irritation, remove the tape from the skin.
