Buying and ordering
Buying from the online store does not require registration, but it facilitates and speeds up the processing of orders.
The products in the online store are stock goods, unless otherwise stated. If a product is temporarily sold out, we will notify you and the product will be delivered as soon as the new batch is ready. For the time being, we deliver orders only to Finland.
Products and product prices
The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentations, the prices include VAT. The tax breakdown can be seen in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
We use Matkahuolto's Lählä package service and Kotijakelu to deliver shipments. In the Nälä package, when the shipment arrives for pickup, you will receive an arrival notification to your mobile phone or home address. After this, the products can be picked up immediately. In home delivery, Matkahuolto is in contact with you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
We pay all shipping costs for orders over 100 euros. (The exception is special campaigns, where the postage costs are stated per campaign.) For orders under 100 euros, we add the postage and handling costs. You can check the amount of costs before ordering on the shopping cart page.
Orders are processed daily, delivery time for Lähälä package varies from 2-5 days, Kotijakelu for 1-3 days, depending on transport. During peak times (e.g. around Christmas) the shipment may take longer on the way. An exception may also be caused by the occurrence of several weekdays on both sides of the weekend.
All returns must always be agreed with the merchant in advance. You can reach us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 03 22 55 126. When making a return, remember to state the order number.
Products have a 14-day return right in the consumer store. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products.
If the reason for the return is a faulty or incorrect product, the return is free. The customer is responsible for the return costs if the products are faultless and in accordance with the order.
If the customer wants to cancel the order, but it has already been delivered, the customer is responsible for the return costs. We charge a fee of 20 euros for costs caused by uncollected deliveries.
Shipments broken during delivery
Unfortunately, despite good packaging, damage can happen during transport. If your package has been damaged in transit, file a damage report when you pick up the package.
